Pam McKeen RN, LMT...Helping you find grace and ease in your body

Testimonials

After several months and several visits to various body workers about a shoulder that wasn't getting any better, I went to Pam for her combination yoga, meditation and massage with Reiki treatment. After the first visit I had substantially more movement and far less pain. She was able to find the source, working on both nerve and muscle issues. Since some foods aggravate my condition, we discussed what foods might alleviate the inflammation. The combination of yoga, mediation, Pam's expertise and her "take home techniques" for me continue to heal my mind, body and spirit - Deidre S.

I just love Pam’s commitment to her work. As a client with a very odd presentation of symptoms, I need to feel confident in someone working on me. It is her tender intent to heal that gives me such confidence. She is a great listener who truly cares about my recovery. Her inner knowing, translated as a sort of vision though her sense of touch that seems to transform the tissue and muscles of my body. I am eternally grateful for her generous, healing spirit. - Gay K. Belfast, Maine

Pam uses thinking fingers and a great variety of techniques to work tension out of a specific area and on another occasion she can take me into la la land, whichever i need. she comes from just the right amount of head and heart. - Deborah L.

There’s pain and then there’s PAIN. I walked around with what I considered “normal” discomfort for years before coming to Pam and discovering that I didn’t need to keep suffering from my “typical” aches in various muscles and joints. Pam took them away. When I have acute exacerbations, such as a graduate studies stress-related TMJ contracture, Pam heals it. And when I need relaxation and unwinding, Pam creates a soothing session that smoothes out the furrows and eases the tight places. -Sandra P, Belfast, Maine

At times, barely recognizing myself, I enter the sancturay of the light green room. The warm, soft table beckons. Pieces disjointed by self-imposed stresses are gradually pushed and stroked back into alignment beneath firm, sure hands that seem to have a knowing of their own. I'm driven back into myself, to my own inner sanctuary. The massage tends to the physical and mental and I leave with my world renewed. -Vern S. Liberty, Maine
