Having worked as a Massage Therapist for many years I've become most inspired by the potential of Structural Integration to help people rediscover fluidity, grace, and ease in the body.
I completed my Structural Integration training with Rolfer Tom Myers and my work has been influenced and shaped by other Rolfers including Til Luchau, Eric Dalton, Jon Martine, Liz Gaggini, and Art Riggs.
At Ohio Wesleyan University I earned a BA in Zoolgy and I attended University of Maine, Augusta for my nursing degree. I completed the Chef Training Program at the Natural Gourmet Institute for Health and Culinary Arts and teach health-supportive cooking. I became a yoga teacher and Massage Therapist at Kripalu Center for Yoga and Health.
